Fulmemo is an independent technical publication about diagnosing production systems. Its focused scope now covers self-hosted WordPress operations, Java and Go services, programmatic advertising infrastructure, distributed databases and caches, low-latency browser delivery, and real-time multiplayer engineering rather than general software news.
Publishing identity
Guides are published by the Fulmemo Technical Desk, the organizational editorial identity responsible for maintaining this site. The name does not imply a large staff, official affiliation with the WordPress project, or certifications that have not been verified. WordPress and related marks belong to their respective owners.
How the library was built
The 45 guides began with problem statements found in current official documentation from WordPress, OpenJDK, Oracle, Go, IAB Tech Lab, Prebid, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, MDN, Google web.dev, Cloudflare, Epic Games, Grafana k6, Kubernetes, and the RFC Editor. Each article was then organized around failure boundaries, evidence, reversible changes, verification, and escalation. Software assisted research organization, drafting, link checks, and packaging.
The responsible site editor must review every imported page against the cited documentation and the live WordPress environment before publication. No guide claims that a command was run on a reader’s server, that a fictional customer achieved a result, or that one fix applies to every host.
What the site does not provide
Fulmemo WP is educational material, not managed hosting, emergency incident response, legal advice, security certification, or a substitute for your provider’s instructions. Commands can change data or availability. Back up first, use staging, and follow the access and change-control rules for your environment.
